Today is the beginning of the second half of 2020 and as I walk in nature and I stand next to my tree I contemplate and let go of the last six months and I seek a vision for my next six months.
My vision board was created for 2020 and many of these visions manifested but I sure had my share of disappointments and heartaches as well. I stand and wonder if I’m playing too small and maybe its a trend that needs to be broken I ask myself.
Walking with my husband this morning I heard myself say, “It hasn’t even been one year since I started sharing the gift of Reiki openly” and he quickly reminded me that only days ago I sat in a chair and cried and was thinking of giving it all up, just before the magic is to happen.
A year ago before my son’s brain surgery I was shy to tell anyone what I truly was practising because Reiki was different and hard to explain. I have always lived with the thoughts of people judging me, but now I understand the difference of judgement and being educated and to be honest the miracles and comfort of reiki has been way to good to me for me to not share this with others and I made a promise to the universe that I would.
I am passionate of reiki and I believe wholeheartedly in this and Reiki can be practised in a very professional way and not seen as woo woo, not real or as a religion and this is my mission.
Reiki is seen as a Religion but I know the difference. Reiki is not a religion it’s a spiritual practice that implements any particular faith to promote physical and emotional healing.
As I mentioned in my last blog Reiki is as much A self development practice as it is a healing modality and many practitioners skips over the importance of the five principles of reiki which Usui’s intention was the healing of the mind and many never embody reiki fully to it’s highest potential.
Reiki can clearly be misunderstood as a Religion because “Rei” means Gods Wisdom, universal life or simply just higher power and “ki”, is spirit or life force, simply just means energy. Reiki is universal life force energy and it helps to restore balance to the mind, body and spirit. I like to look at it as unconditional love.
We have all felt energy and I’m not talking energy like I’m tired or I’m feeling energized today but truly the energy of people, nature and our thoughts are energy and even our thoughts as we know can shift us in and out of different frequencies. These frequencies are the universal life force energy and Reiki uses this energy that we have access to all the time to shift dark dense energy that we have accumulated over time and replace with beautiful clear energy.
Reiki intuitively knows where to restore balance in your being and the practitioner is a channel for the reiki to flow to wherever your system is in need of balancing and this is where the healing can magically happen in restoring the flow through the seven energy centers known as the Chakras.
In Reiki level 1 you become attuned to the beautiful energy of Reiki and you do go through a cleansing/detox of clearing your own energy in the body’s chakra system. Healing yourself first to be of service to another and you experience a new feeling of contentment, transformation, and a little shift of purpose. There are many benefits of Reiki and we are all so unique and we have to be ourselves, this is very important.
The course that I will be offering in September will help you to build your Spiritual Practice as an individual and this is important to be you because it’s exhausting trying to compete and be someone else and you never shine your best self doing this. We all have a customized life path or at least we should have a vision. I have come to realize that reiki leads individuals to find this plan but when we resist the energy, the plan, it will lead you back to your life path always. I just know that you will find your place through this program.
One of the most important reiki benefits is Reiki will go where a person needs healing by removing dark dense energy and this will shine light back on your path once again but it will guide you as well.
Reiki can help people and it has helped me just this past two years to handle difficult life experiences and change my attitude and beliefs about certain circumstances.
An experienced Reiki Practitioner who is attuned to reiki symbols are able to send distance treatments without using your hands. In a time of the pandemic it’s an asset to own this tool which is why being gifted with Reiki through the attunement can help yourself and your loved ones.
Having Reiki level 2 and the attunement of the three symbols was a very helpful tool for myself when I received a phone call from my son in the morning of April 2019 and hearing his voice with, I’m messed up mom and I knew in my heart as a mother do that something was wrong.
My son being in Grand Prairie and I in Newfoundland and I didn’t feel helpless when I could send Reiki from a distance and in the next couple of days learning that it helped him from having a brain bleed and possibly losing his eye sight. When you hear a doctor say I’m not sure why it didn’t bleed because of the size of the bulge and in your heart you possibly wonder if it was a reiki miracle.
I truly believe that the week of my son’s brain surgery reiki energy was constantly flowing and we were reassured from a nurse who in sixteen years have never seen an AVM patient recover as quickly as my son, so reiki sure made a difference in his recovery.
The past six months I’ve sent much reiki to many situations, circumstances and people and it’s magical to watch.
I sent much reiki to myself since my fathers death in march and it sure do help ease the pain but release it as well because I am good at turning on and off my emotions to the outside world and Reiki is helping me with this, to feel more but not to shut down my heart energy because avoidance will not solve an issue.
But today I stand and contemplate and ask and believe that the next six months will bring me fun, freedom and a flow of big visions, bigger than I can ever imagine.
Everyday, I choose the beautiful energy of reiki, unconditional love but today I ask higher power to listen to my desires, dreams and my visions for the next 6 months and I today will be creating a reiki infused plan to move forward.
As I stand here contemplating I realize that my plan, my vision is too small and I’m not expanding myself … It will do but not as impressive as I can push myself.
