In this session, you will be advised on meditation and journal prompt exercises and given intuitively guided strategies. You will feel energized and aligned and have a newfound space for hope, joy, passion and life purpose. If you are not feeling aligned in all areas of your life, you may be experiencing some restriction in your energy body that is holding you back from your highest potential. This 90-minute Chakra therapy session includes the presence of the universal life force energy of Reiki, and it’s guided through chakra meditation and intuitive guidance.
This Chakra therapy session is a hands on technique for you the client but guided and can be done through distance in the comfort of your own environment via Zoom and it balances your chakras and this can be done in a variety of ways but this particular service is through guided meditation and energetic coaching.
The guided meditation can be a balance of all seven chakras in one session as an alignment session with the purchase of one 90min session.
