What is Energetic Coaching and the 12 week program?

Energetic Coaching is intuitive coaching guided from higher power but with a structured 12 week Holistic plan which begins with a four keys to life system assessment and a self-image assessment to meet you where you’re too on your journey.
Behaviours, habits and limiting beliefs are energetically shifted and you’re not always aware that these exist within and we really tap into what is blocking you or holding you back and we create a plan of getting to know you within and we align your inner beauty with your outer beauty and its transformational but this healing comes from you and I am just the guide. We all have the power to heal ourselves.
We calm the chaotic energy and this is ill energy that can turn into illness over time because it is scientifically proven that imbalance in your life can negatively affect your overall health and well-being, physically, mentally and spiritually and as we go we create your Future self and rescript your New You if you practice and live the tools in-between these are the clients who really transform in the 12 week period but we all move forward on our journey at our own speed and transformation will come in divine timing.
